Steering Committee Meeting Minutes

Present: Donna Labbe, Heather Dinneen, Donna Farr, Elaine Hanscom, Cindi Guerreri,
Meeting called to order at 9:00AM
Minutes from the January 2013 meeting were accepted with two name spelling changes.
The meeting was spent reviewing TECC’s By-Laws and making edits that reflect the current work of the organization and rewriting sections of the document related to Purpose and Membership. Donna L. and Heather D. will continue to draft the document and will circulate to the Committee via email before the March 2013 meeting.
The meeting adjourned at 11AM. The next meeting will be held on Friday, March 15, 2013 at 355 Migeon Ave. from 9-11AM.
